How to use the age calculator
- Enter your birth date. Use the date picker to set the start date.
- Enter the end date. Defaults to today; change it to calculate age at any moment in the past or future.
- Read your age. The big number shows years, months, and days. Below it: total weeks, days, hours, and the countdown to your next birthday.

Frequently asked questions
- How is age in years, months and days calculated?
- Calendar years first, then leftover full months, then remaining days. Days are borrowed from the previous month if the end day is earlier in the month than the start day.
- Does it handle leap years?
- Yes — total-day counts use real calendar dates, so February 29 birthdays and 366-day years are accounted for.
- Can I calculate between two past dates?
- Yes. Both fields are date pickers; you can set any two dates to get the exact interval.
